Move your new SportsEngine website from the SportsEngine domain to your organization's custom domain, by updating your DNS (Domain NameServer) records. We call this Going Live with your website.
yourOrganization.sportngin.com => yourOrganization.com
If you have email services associated with the domain that you are updating (ex: jane@yourOrganization.com) please tell your SportsEngine contact prior to going through these steps. Updating DNS records may interrupt your email service.
When will my SportsEngine site appear on my domain?
It's important to note that your site may take up to 48 hours to appear on your domain after changing the name servers. This delay, during which your site is propagating, is standard for all sites.
Changing Domain NameServers (DNS)
You will need to update your Domain NameServers through the third-party provider that you registered your domain with. Most domains are registered through GoDaddy, Network Solutions, Yahoo, 1&1, Tuscows, or Bluehost. If you have difficulties updating your DNS, please use the third-party 's support channels (listed below) for assistance; they are more familiar with their software and will be better suited to assist you.
Step 1: Login to your account with your third-party domain registrar (ex: GoDaddy.com)
Step 2: Locate where to change Domain NameServers using third-party instructions and help channels
Step 3: Add the 5 nameservers found below and pasting each to your third-party domain registrar as Custom Nameservers
