You can email registrants after they register from a registration session report. This is useful if you need to email a group of registrants post registration.
Step 1: Log-in> Select admin control panel> Select registration tab> Select the Session Name
Step 2: Run or Create a Saved Report (How to Create Report Article)
Step 3: Select Send Message
Step 4: Choose All (everyone in the report) or Selected (choose various registrants)
Step 5: Choose a Plain Text (no formatting), Rich Message (able to change size, color, and other text formatting options), Page Layout (ability to add a created template and/or page elements).
Step 6: Add Page Elements
Step 7: Preview and send Message
Step 8: Send Message
